Secret Sundaes is more than just a dessert brand—it’s a passion project turned pudding revolution. Founded in 2025 by Forbes 30 Under 30 chef Lungi, a female-led, Black-owned business, we’re bringing London’s first-ever Banana Pudding Bar to the heart of the city and beyond.

With nearly a decade of experience as a dessert chef, content creator, and recipe developer, Lungi has built a name for herself in the food industry, catering for the Barbie Movie, appearing on Netflix and Channel 4, and even judging on BBC’s Young MasterChef. Her impact has been so significant that she was even invited to Parliament to be recognized for her contributions to food.

At Secret Sundaes, we’re on a mission to introduce Londoners to the magic of banana pudding, an American classic with a cult following online. But we’re not stopping there—our build-your-own pudding bar and NYC-style cookies make every visit a truly indulgent experience.
